- Bake pastry shell according to package directions; cool. Place tomatoes in the crust; sprinkle with bacon. In a small bowl, combine the cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon over bacon in the center of pie, leaving 1 in. around edge. , Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown (cover edges with foil if necessary to prevent over browning).

Steps:
- 1. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. "Fork" crust to keep it from rising up. Reduce heat to 400 degrees.
- 2. Fry bacon and add onion. Cook till tender. Drain, set aside.
- 3. Place tomatoes in browned pie shell. Combine salt, pepper and basil flakes. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Place bacon and onions over tomatoes.
- 4. Mix mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Spread and seal over pie. Bake for 35 minutes until cheese melts and is golden brown. Cool before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 400°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim crust to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate. , Place half of the tomatoes and half of the onions in crust. Combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, basil, salt and pepper; spread over tomatoes. Top with remaining onions and tomatoes. Fold crust edge over filling, pleating as you go and leaving an 8-in. opening in the center. Sprinkle with bacon and Parmesan cheese. - 1. Prebake pie shell at 350 for 15 minutes.
- 2. Saute chopped bacon and chopped onions until bacon is done.
- 3. Place sliced tomatoes on paper towels for a few minutes to soak up some liquid.
- 4. In a medium bowl, mix ranch with mayo and buttermilk (or regular milk).
- 5. Place half of the tomatoes in the baked pie shell.
- 6. Then sprinkle half of the onions and bacon.
- 7. Then comes half of the cheese.
- 8. Then half of the ranch mixture.
- 9. Repeat process one more time.
- 10. Top with crushed cheese crackers.
- 11. Drizzle melted butter over crackers.
- 12. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- 13. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- 14. Enjoy!

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. , In the drippings, saute the green pepper, onion, salt, marjoram, thyme and pepper for 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes.
