Steps:
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Place on a greased broiler pan. Broil 4-5 in. from heat until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5-6 minutes., In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Serve over fish.

HADDOCK CITRINE
This dish uses oranges with haddock which is a change from most dishes that use lemon with fish or seafood. It's a nice refreshing change. It pairs well with veggies, like asparagus, broccoli, or zucchini. For starch you could do mashed or roasted potatoes, risotto or couscous.

Steps:
- Arrange haddock fillets in a large baking dish. Season with salt-free seasoning blend. Pour orange juice over fish and cover with plastic wrap, reserve orange zest. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Stir panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, buttery spread, parsley, thyme, and reserved orange zest in a bowl until well mixed. Press crumb mixture over haddock.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish is easily flaked with a fork and topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Allow fish to rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Lightly oil a large baking tray, then lay the haddock and tomatoes alongside each other. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic paste or crushed garlic, then spread evenly over the fish.
- In a separate bowl, toss together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, juice and parsley, and season to taste. Top the fish with the breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and tomatoes, and bake for 15 mins or until the fish flakes slightly when pressed and the crust is golden and crunchy.

- Arrange haddock fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Mix onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle seasoning over haddock. Dot haddock with pieces of butter.
- Broil in the preheated oven until fish is easily flaked with a fork, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
