- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a medium bowl mix well the first 9 ingredients,then add pork and mixing well again.
- 3. Shape into a loaf and place into a small greased rectangular baking dish.
- 4. Mix together topping ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.
- 5. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.
MEATLOAF FOR TWO
Filled with spices and aromatics then topped with a spicy harissa ketchup glaze, this is not your average meatloaf.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions, season with salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup and harissa in a small bowl.
- Put the beef, lamb, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, cilantro, mint, coriander, cumin and paprika in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sauteed onions and using your hands, mix together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and form it into a compact oval-shaped loaf.
- Pour the ketchup-harissa glaze on top of the meatloaf and spread all over until the sides and top are coated. Bake the meatloaf until the edges have browned, about 45 minutes.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

- 1. In a medium bowl, beat milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce with a fork. Mix in beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- 2. Shape into 2 (4-by-2-1/2-inch) loaves. Place in an ungreased 8-inch square pan. Brush loaves with barbecue sauce.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 18-22 minutes until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes.
OLD-FASHIONED MEATLOAF FOR TWO
Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the chuck, onion, parsley, 2 tablespoons of the chili sauce, the Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss together lightly.
- 2. Form the meat into a 5-inch by 3-inch oval loaf in a small baking pan. Spread the remaining tablespoon of chili sauce all over the surface of the meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Do not overbake.

- In a small bowl, combine the carrot, oats, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into two 1-in. thick patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear., Meanwhile, place potatoes in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Press through a potato ricer or strainer into a small bowl. Stir in the milk, salt and white pepper. , Place one burger on a serving plate. Spread 3/4 cup mashed potatoes over top. Top with remaining burger. Spread remaining mashed potatoes over top and sides of cake. In a small bowl, tint 4 teaspoons cream cheese orange; pipe carrots over top of cake. Tint remaining cream cheese green; pipe tops on carrots. Press bread crumbs into sides of cake.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add crumbled bread and stir until dissolved. Mix ground beef, onion, Cheddar cheese, and carrot into bread mixture; transfer mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl; spread over meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- In a bowl, beat the egg. Add milk, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Place mixture into 2 mini loaf pans or shape into 2 loaves and place in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
