MAGNIFICENT MACARONI SALAD

Slightly sweet, classic macaroni salad recipe!

Magnificent Macaroni Salad image

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain.
  • Rinse macaroni in cold water until cool; drain.
  • Stir mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard, rice vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and salt together in a bowl; add macaroni and eggs and stir to coat.
  • Chill in refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Miraculous Macaroni Salad image

Steps:

  • Peel the eggs and put the egg yolks from 5 of the eggs in a bowl. Mash with fork add the rest of the ingredients except the macaroni.
  • Put the macaroni in larger bowl and add the egg mixture and the chopped egg whites from 5 of the eggs. Mix gently.
  • Slice the extra egg and put on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Enjoy !!

1/2 cup(s) celery, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the onion, celery, green pepper, carrot, pimentos and macaroni. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.

Steps:

  • Reserve 2 tablespoons relish juice; place the rest in a large bowl with onion, bell pepper, carrot, and egg.

Miracle Macaroni Salad image

Steps:

  • Add cooked macaroni to bowl and add veggies.
  • In a blender or processor add whole jar of miracle whip, whole can of evaporated milk.
  • Fill empty milk can with apple cider vinager, pour into processor, then fill can with sugar adding to the processor as well.
  • Mix until smooth, and pour over macaroni.
  • Stir thoroughly, and place in fridge.
  • Best if served next day, but, could serve an hour later.
