My mom likes to cook it and we love it. It's simple and easy. If you do not have much time to prepare a meal, this can be a choice.

Steps:
- Season the beef with the seasonings listed.
- Cook the rice with a rice cooker, using suitable amount of water as usual.
- Add oil and salt and stir well before starting cooking the rice.
- Beat the eggs well.
- When the rice is cooked and the rice cooker says"keep warm", add the seasoned beef and eggs into the rice.
- Stir the ingredients well inside the rice cooker.
- Close the lid until the beef is totally cooked.
- If it is not salty enough, add further soy sauce into the rice to suit your taste.
- Serve hot.

- Drain tomatoes, reserving juices; pulse in a food processor until finely chopped. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat a large, deep ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat; swirl in oil. Add chuck and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Add pepper, garlic, chopped onion, and 2 teaspoons salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire, scraping up browned bits. Add tomatoes; cook 3 minutes. Stir in rice, broth, and tomato juices. Bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender, about 17 minutes.
- Stir rice mixture; make 4 wells and crack 1 egg into each. Season with salt, cover, and bake until whites are set and yolks cooked as desired, 6 to 8 minutes. Top with sliced onion; serve immediately.

- Marinate sirloin in tamari with 1 teaspoon ginger, the garlic, 1 scallion, and the red-pepper flakes. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Cook remaining scallions with the carrots and cabbage until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate using a wire-mesh skimmer.
- Heat a medium-heavy skillet over high heat; add 1 teaspoon oil, and sear sirloin, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer to plate. Return skillet to medium heat, and add remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil and 2 teaspoons ginger. Cook until sizzling. Stir in rice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in scallion-sirloin mixture and any juices. Add water, and cook, covered, until rice is heated through and sizzling, 7 to 8 minutes.
- Uncover, and make 4 indentations in the rice with the back of a spoon. Crack 1 egg into each, and cook, covered, until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 4 minutes. Stir eggs into rice.

- Boil the sushi rice in a large pan with plenty of water - it should take about 8-10 mins - until it is just cooked and still has a bite to it. Drain, place back in the pan, cover with a lid and set aside.
- Mix the steak with the garlic, soy sauce, sugar and a grind of black pepper. You will need 2 frying pans or 1 frying pan and a wok: divide the oil between the 2 pans and heat until just smoking. Fry the eggs to your liking, then set aside. In the other pan, brown the beef for 1-2 mins, then remove and keep warm. Tip the vegetables into the pan, stir-fry for 1 min, then push to one side, add the rice and cook for 1 min more to heat through.
- Divide the rice, veg and beef between 2 bowls. Slide the eggs on top and drizzle with the chilli sauce. Each person can then toss everything together, so the egg yolk mixes with the hot rice and sauce.

- pour a bit of olive oil onto pan, just enough so that the egg doesn't stick to the pan.
- crack an egg onto the pan, and wait for it to cook just a little bit. (make sure you break the yolk).
- just kind of scramble them and make sure there are little bits of egg. NOTE: this is not scrambled eggs.
- when the egg is cooked, move it into a bowl. add rice to the bowl and sort of mix it just so that the egg and rice are no longer separated.
- add soy sauce and sesame oil. the sesame oil will help the egg and rice mix well. adding sesame seeds is optional, but it gives it a good taste.
- make sure the soy sauce is well mixed in with the rice.
- enjoy! :).

- Whisk scallions, minced garlic, minced ginger, 1 cup water, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 6 tablespoons sugar, and cornstarch together in a large bowl. Add beef; mix gently to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Whisk 1 1/3 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; warm over medium-high heat. Whisk eggs together in a bowl. Pour into the skillet; cook and stir until eggs are set, about 5 minutes. Transfer scrambled eggs to a bowl.
- Heat sesame oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced garlic and diced ginger. Saute until golden brown and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add carrots and onion; saute until carrots are tender and onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Strain beef from marinade and add to skillet. Cook and stir until beef can be easily pulled apart with a fork, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in bean sprouts; cook until translucent, about 1 minute. Add corn and peas; cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes. Create a pocket in the center of the skillet and slowly add rice, stirring to incorporate, about 1 minute. Add sauce and stir until rice is evenly coated, about 1 minute. Add scrambled eggs, stir and let heat through, about 1 minute.

- Prepare the beef--a good tip is to slice it when it’s still slightly frozen, but soft enough to cut. This makes slicing perfectly uniform pieces quick and easy! Toss the beef with 1 teaspoon of oil, the soy sauce, cornstarch, and baking soda, until the beef is well-coated. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes. If you’re starting with slightly frozen beef, it should come down to room temperature. You can also do this step in advance!
- Heat your wok until just smoking, and spread 1 tablespoon of oil around the perimeter. Immediately add the beef, and spread it in an even layer across the wok. Sear for 30 seconds, and give the beef a stir to ensure it cooks evenly.
