Sugar Free Applesauce Cake Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.Lightly grease and flour bundt pan
• 2. In large bowl,stir together cake mix,instant pudding,nutmeg and cinnamon. Add applesauce,oil,eggs and water.Blend for 3 to 4 minutes using and electric mixer.Pour into pan.
• 3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes,or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Grease and flour one 9 inch square baking pan.
• Beat the eggs until they drop like ribbons from the beaters. Continue beating and add the oil in a thin stream. Beat in the 1 cup applesauce and the 1 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate. Beat in the flour gradually until well blended. Add the baking soda, ground ginger, ground almonds and apples, mix to combine.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes or until the cake tests done. Let cake cool on a rack for 15 minutes before turning out of pan. Cool completely before frosting. Carefully slice the cake in half horizontally with a long serrated knife. Fill and frost with Apple Butter Frosting.
• Apple Butter Frosting: Beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Gradually beat in the apple butter and remaining 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate.

• Beat together the margarine, eggs, applesauce and apple juice. add flour, baking powder and baking soda. add cinnamon and raisins. add chopped apple if desired.
• pour in 8 inch pan that has been oiled and floured. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom. Set aside.
• In another bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, and honey until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. With mixer on low speed, gradually add flour mixture; beat just until combined. Beat in applesauce.
• Generously coat a nonstick 9-inch tube pan with cooking spray. Spoon batter into pan; smooth top. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (but slightly wet), 50 to 60 minutes.
• Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes. Turn out of pan onto a cutting board or baking sheet; invert cake onto rack, top side up. Cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving, if desired.
