- Mix all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours.
- Before assembling the hamburger, mix the sauce and the shredded lettuce together.
- The hamburger consists of a regular bun, one slice of American cheese, one cooked hamburger patty, and the sauce with the lettuce mixed in it.
- This sauce and the lettuce should fill four sandwiches.

KING BURGER
Steps:
- Preheat barbecue to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine the ground beef, seasonings salt, sauce, and onions. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Divide the meat into individual 1 pound patties.
- Once the barbecue has reached 400 degrees F, place the patties directly onto the grill above the direct heat. Cook the patty on 1 side for at least 5 minutes, then turn the patty over and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat this process for about 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
- Place beef patty on a hamburger bun dressed with your favorite condiments and enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix together the beef, sauces, scallions, and egg in a large bowl. With damp hands, divide the mixture into 8 balls, then shape into flat patties.
- Insert a piece of cheese in the center of each patty. Wrap the meat around the cheese and shape into a burger. Place on a lightly floured plate and chill for 30 minutes.
- Brush the burgers with oil and cook on a cast-iron grill-pan or under a hot broiler for 5-8 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, bake the rolls according to the manufacturer's instructions. Split them in half and top the bottoms with the cooked burgers, tomato salsa, and a lettuce leaf.
- If you are cooking on a barbecue, place the burgers on a lightly oiled barbecue grill over medium heat, so they do not burn on the outside before being cooked through. Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side.
