- In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the coffee, chocolate syrup and sugar. Cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 hours. , Stir in heavy cream and creme de cacao. Cover and cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through. , Ladle coffee into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.

Try this with 1/2 and 1/2 if you're watching calories/fat intake! As a child, visiting Vienna (Wien), I wasn't remotely interested in the coffee, so now as an adult, I have to make my own! Usually made with strong coffee!

Steps:
- 1. Bring 1/2 cup cream to simmer in large saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
- 2. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Gradually whisk in coffee.
- 3. Ladle coffee mixture into cups. Top with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle cream with cinnamon and serve.

Steps:
- Pour some boiling water in a glass. Let sit to warm the glass, about 1 minute. Pour out water.
- Pour condensed milk into the warmed glass. Top with coffee. Stir in creamer and hot cocoa mix.

VIENNESE ICED COFFEE
Steps:
- Combine the espresso, sugar, vanilla, and hot water in a blender and stir until the sugar dissolves. Put the ice in the blender and process on high until the mixture is almost completely smooth. Divide the mixture among 4 short glasses.
- Place the ice cream in a microwave on high for 15 seconds, until softened. Scoop one ball of ice cream into each glass. With a small sifter, sprinkle each drink lightly with cocoa powder. Serve with a short straw and a teaspoon.
CAPPUCCINO CHEESECAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crackers, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl; press onto bottom (not sides) of 9-inch-diameter springform pan with 2 3/4-inch-high sides. Bake crust 10 minutes. Cool. Maintain oven temperature.
- Combine cream, espresso powder and vanilla in small bowl; set aside. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in remaining 1 1/4 cups sugar, then eggs 1 at a time. Beat in flour. Stir espresso mixture until powder dissolves; beat into cream cheese mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter over crust. Bake cake until edges are puffed and beginning to crack and center is just set, about 1 hour 5 minutes. Cool on rack 30 minutes; chill cake uncovered until cold, about 6 hours. Cover; keep chilled at least 1 day and up to 2 days.
- Cut around cake to loosen. Release pan sides. Top with curls, if desired.

Steps:
- Stir water and sugar in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and syrup boils 1 minute. Cool syrup. Mix in coffee. Pour mixture into medium-size metal bowl. Freeze until ice mixture is solid, about 3 hours.
- Using fork, scrape ice to form flakes. Return to freezer; keep frozen until ready to serve.
- Pile coffee granita into stemmed glasses. Top with generous amounts of whipped cream.
