Very moist chicken. Serve with a cheesy side if desired. Being from the South, I serve this with garlic cheese grits! (Note: For a slight variation in taste, you can use lemon flavored oil.)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Pour Worcestershire sauce over each breast. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Check chicken and remove cover if desired. Bake for another 15 minutes.

BAKED CHICKEN DELICIOUS
We really like the flavor of this easy chicken dish. The aroma that fills the house is fantastic! It's not a quicky but most of the time it's in the oven so you're not actually doing anything but waiting. I like to serve this with buttered egg-noodles. If you like chicken cacciatore, give this one a try- it's kinda in the same family.

Steps:
- Season your chicken the way you like it.
- Brown it in the shortening or olive oil.
- Place browned chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Cook the onion and garlic in the drippings until tender.
- Add tomatoes and parmesan cheese; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes; pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven; remove chicken from dish and set aside.
- Place drippings from baking dish in a saucepan.
- Blend drippings together with sour cream and flour.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve.

- Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Season with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika to taste. Place in a slow cooker.

This is a fantastic crockpot recipe! Found it on the internet years ago and have modified it some. The chicken is so tender, it falls apart, and it makes incredible gravy. It's my most requested recipe and our favorite meal. My daugters (ages 4 and 1) love it too! We eat it with a side of vegetable and sometimes with Texas toast.

- Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Rinse chicken breast under cool running water.
