CLASSIC GRANOLA RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: rolled oats, almond, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup, honey, greek yogurt, assorted berry

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and honey until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Break up the layer into chunks with your hands.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
- Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh berries, if desired.

HOMEMADE GRANOLA
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Toss the oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl. Pour the liquids over the oat mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until all the oats and nuts are coated. Pour onto a 13 by 18 by 1-inch sheet pan. Bake, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until the mixture turns a nice, even, golden brown, about 45 minutes.
- Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Add the apricots, figs, cherries, cranberries, and cashews. Store the cooled granola in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Spread the oats and coconut evenly across a baking sheet.
- Toast oats and coconut in preheated oven until browned, about 10 minutes; transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and coconut; stir to coat. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until beginning to dry, about 15 minutes for crunchy granola bars, less if you like them chewy. Cool completely before cutting.

- CLASSIC GRANOLA: 1/3 cup chopped walnuts.
- 1/3 cup sweetened flake coconut.
- 1/3 cup dark or golden raisins.
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- (you can replace the 1/4 cup of maple syrup with 2 tbls each of syrup and molasses).
- CRUNCHY GRANOLA:.
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 2 tbls sesame seeds, 6 tbls currants.
- GRANOLA WITH TROPICAL FLAVORING:.
- add the coconut along with the cashews and banana chips -- 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted cashews, 1/4 cup chopped banana chips, 1/4 cup sweetened flake coconut, 1/4 cup chopped dried pineapple, flavoring, 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
- GRANOLA WITH CHERRIES AND ALMONDS:.
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, 1/3 cup sweetened coconut, 1/3 cup dried cherries, flavoring: 3/4 tsp almond extract.
- TRAIL MIX GRANOLA: 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted peanuts, 1/4 cup sweetened flake coconut, 1/3 cup dried cherries, flavoring 3/4 tsp almond extract.
- ORANGE BERRY- GRANOLA WITH PECANS: 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup dried blueberries, flavoring 1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest.
- ORANGE FLAVORED GRANOLA WITH PISTACHIOS AND MANGO AND DATES: 1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios, 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1/4 chopped dried mangos -- flavoring -- 1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest and 1/4 tsp allspice.
