HONEY BANANA PUNCH
Here's a great punch recipe I got from a beekeeper's association. The mix of banana, pineapple and citrus gives it a light sunny flavor. With its pretty honey color, it makes an elegant beverage for weddings and other special events.

Steps:
- In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate and bananas; cover and process until smooth., Pour into a large bowl; add the pineapple juice, water, honey, sugar and soft drink mix. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into two 2-qt. freezer containers. Cover and freeze until mixture is slushy. , To serve, transfer each portion of fruit slush to a large pitcher. Add 2 liters of soda to each pitcher; stir to blend.

- BRING WATER AND SUGAR TO A BOIL.
- BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES AND LET COOL.

- FREEZE MIXTURE.

- In a blender, add bananas and orange juice concentrate. Put a cover on the blender and process until smooth.
- Into a large bowl pour the mixture and add pineapple juice, water, honey, sugar, and the soft drink mix. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour this into two 2 quart freezer containers and cover. Freeze until a slushy texture is obtained.
- To serve: Using 2 large pitchers transfer each container of fruit slush to pitchers. Slowly add 2 liters of soda to each pitcher and stir to blend.

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA PUNCH RECIPE
For those long days, you will not have time for lunch, drink a glass of my Peanut Butter & banana Punch and eat a cheese sandwich. I am sure that you will not feel hungry until 3 or 4 pm. you can add extra cup of milk and extra banana for each extra person. If the Banana is very ripe put one tablespoon of brown sugar. If you are doing Weight Training you can add protein powder. Best Dark Chocolate is 75% cocoa. I like to put the outmeal and the dark chocolate to suck the night before, so I can make my punch in 5 min. or less, next morning. This recipe is too heavy after 6 pm. BANANA CRUSH PUNCH
It is no secret that I am a die-hard nanner fan. I love nanners any way I can get 'em. However, I think my favorite way to have them is in a flavorful drink. This recipe I got from an ancient cookbook compiled by home ec teachers. Miz Knaus (whoever you are), I salute you!! (Passive time is freeze time - it will vary depending on how firm you freeze it and how far ahead you make it. I would make it the day before serving, so I said 8 hours (overnight).
